First Christian Church is like a great big extended family. . . one that loves and cares for you in good times and bad. They give you the freedom and support to explore your journey of faith on your terms and pace. Each of us shares the same voyage, but takes different paths that will interweave and intersect, providing a spiritual growth to God. . . . Tim, father of two and involved in just about everything.

About us

The Disciples movement did not originally intend to become a denomination. The earliest Disciples were part of a movement to foster the unity of the church for the sake of Christ's mission. Nevertheless, we evolved into a distinct group within the universal church that has a particular identity and witness.
